Hands and Natural Care

Your hands do everything for you from cooking and cleaning to carrying things, typing for school and/or work and creating things. Because of how complex our hands are, they like the feet, joints, face and neck tend to show age faster than the rest of the body. If you aren’t careful with your hands they can reveal all of your hard work by getting arthritis and a worn appearance.

Arthritis and overwork

Moving your hands in a way that does not feel natural will aggravate your joints and give your hands an aged appearance. Even if the outside of your hands look great, the stiffness they get from overwork can make them look older than they really are. Cherries, turmeric, gelatin and shark cartilage can all aide in the health of your joints with natural care. Taking a joint supplement regularly and preparing for barometric pressure with extra supplements protects and lubricates your joints.

Dry hands

Everybody gets dry hands at some point. The reason most people do not take as good care of their hands as they should is because a lot of people don’t like the greasy feeling their hands get. Only moisturize once a day if this is the case and do it at night before watching a television show or movie. Focus on massaging your hands and letting them soak in a nice hand bath. If you are already tuning into something else, it makes caring for your hands that much easier. For your nails and cuticles, try a foil and cotton ball treatment for moisture infused finger tips. This will greatly add to the “put together” look of your hands and prevent hangnails and other nuisances.  Use natural skin care and natural hand masks for the best results to cure your dry skin and keep your hands looking soft all day.
